5. WITH WHOM WE SHARE<\/p>

Hotel Vieiras does not sell personal data. Sharing only occurs with those necessary to operate the service, under a contractual obligation of confidentiality and security.<\/p>

\u2013 Booking engine (Omnibees), which processes bookings on our behalf.
Financial institutions, acquirers, and payment gateways, responsible for authorizing and settling payments.
\u2013 Travel agencies and online sales channels, when the booking comes through them.
\u2013 Infrastructure, hosting, and cloud storage providers that support the website and our systems.
\u2013 Agency responsible for maintaining this website and for marketing activities.
\u2013 Advertising and analytics platforms (such as Google and Meta), for measuring campaigns and audience.
\u2013 Public authorities, including tourism agencies, when there is a legal, judicial or administrative request.<\/p>

Some of these suppliers maintain servers outside of Brazil. In these cases, the international transfer observes the guarantees required by articles 33 to 36 of the law.

We have adopted technical and administrative measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or improper disclosure\u2014including profile-based access control, encryption in transit, backups, and the use of suppliers with recognized security standards. No system is completely immune: in the event of a security incident with significant risk, we will notify the affected data subjects and the ANPD (Brazilian National Data Protection Authority) in accordance with Article 48 of the LGPD (Brazilian General Data Protection Law).<\/p>

Hotel Vieiras never requests passwords, credit card security codes, or deposits into third-party accounts via WhatsApp, email, or phone. If in doubt, confirm using the official contact information provided in item 13.<\/p>
