To confirm the reservation and to comply with the legal obligation of guest registration as stipulated in Law No. 11.771/2008 (General Tourism Law), we also collect:
– Identification document (ID card, driver's license, or passport) and CPF (Brazilian taxpayer ID number).
Date of birth and nationality
– Home address
Occupation, means of transport, origin and destination.
– Vehicle license plate, when using the parking lot.
– Payment data and history of consumption and services for the period

Campaign and session identifiers
We do not collect sensitive personal data through the forms on this website. Data on children and adolescents staying at our accommodations is provided by their parents or legal guardians and processed in the best interests of the minor.

5. WITH WHOM WE SHARE
Hotel Vieiras does not sell personal data. Sharing only occurs with those necessary to operate the service, under a contractual obligation of confidentiality and security.
– Booking engine (Omnibees), which processes bookings on our behalf.
Financial institutions, acquirers, and payment gateways, responsible for authorizing and settling payments.
– Travel agencies and online sales channels, when the booking comes through them.
– Infrastructure, hosting, and cloud storage providers that support the website and our systems.
– Agency responsible for maintaining this website and for marketing activities.
– Advertising and analytics platforms (such as Google and Meta), for measuring campaigns and audience.
– Public authorities, including tourism agencies, when there is a legal, judicial or administrative request.
Some of these suppliers maintain servers outside of Brazil. In these cases, the international transfer observes the guarantees required by articles 33 to 36 of the law.

We have adopted technical and administrative measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or improper disclosure—including profile-based access control, encryption in transit, backups, and the use of suppliers with recognized security standards. No system is completely immune: in the event of a security incident with significant risk, we will notify the affected data subjects and the ANPD (Brazilian National Data Protection Authority) in accordance with Article 48 of the LGPD (Brazilian General Data Protection Law).
Hotel Vieiras never requests passwords, credit card security codes, or deposits into third-party accounts via WhatsApp, email, or phone. If in doubt, confirm using the official contact information provided in item 13.

The LGPD guarantees you the right to, at any time and free of charge:
